I like the look of quest, as it seems user friendly and intuitive. However, is there a mobile app? I think it would be a helpful feature to create your own stories on the go.

No, there is not a Quest app. There is the Online Quest, Desktop Quest, and Squiffy. You are also allowed to upload games made from other programs on here. I don't know how though. Mostly it's just html and Inform.

There's an extremely satisfying feeling about finishing a video game quest and receiving your reward you can search on google play for quest apps

This would be nice for someone to start developing though. Maybe as Quest 5.8 and beyond gets created, someone should take over the mantle of turning Quest games into Apps :D That would be fantastic!
