In the QDK Tutorial manual, should all the terms making a reference to "Change/add" actually be read as "Modify"?

Yes, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Some of the script commands were renamed while Quest 4.0 was in beta, and the tutorial has not been updated to reflect this. I will correct this for the next version.
