Is there a Var Limit that can be in a game?, Room or Var limits?, or any kind of Limitations?
was wondering because of the current project that I'm working on may require no limitations.

There's no realistic limit on anything - in theory you would be limited to 2 billion lines of ASL, 2 billion rooms etc.
