IIRC, error 9 is "array index out of bounds".

Exactly what code triggers this error?

I upgraded my asl and qlb files to <410> and got this error when processing it.

There's a bug with dynamically created exits causing this error - it's fixed in Quest 4.1.1 which I'll release soon.
