Im trying to setup my own server quest says:

Waiting for responce

why?
can anyone help?

Make sure QuestNet Server is running and that you have started a game on it. Then ensure you have entered the correct IP address (or name e.g. "localhost") and port number.

how do i choose the game i want on quest net

i also cant find qnetserv.exe on my computer in any file.
where should it be installed
