i noticed that the last download game was released at 16/1/2005

i know i sent my quest game long ago.. and bits me (dont really bit me), i think it is good.. althow i finished creating it using the demo version (less then 30 days)
it the admin on leave ?

Don't take this the wrong way, but if the spelling and grammar in the game are anything like as bad as that in your post, that might explain why it's not been uploaded. These are text adventures, after all, and if the text in them is almost unreadable then that might be the reason.

I was totally thinking the exact same thing, davidw.

*bit's the original poster*

O.o now I just have to figure out exacly what bit-ing is...

i used a quite thick dictionary on it

I guess this isn't a good time to point out that there's no such word as misstypo's.

:D

Seriously, your first post here was almost illegible. If your game is anything like that, it's no wonder it hasn't been uploaded.

Maybe you could consider having someone proof-read and correct spelling errors.

If English isn't your first language, tell us.

english is not my first language , hebrew is..
:)

Did you at least get an English-speaking person to test it for you?

well there you go. maybe you guys should think of asking questions like that next time, in stead of hounding him about his bad grammar

Speaketh the voice of reason...

Crawl back in your hole, 007bond. It's missing you.

Actually Davidw has a point, foriegn people speak better English than most people with English as a first language!

You can still tell how much effort that person has put into a message, even if they don't natively speak English, it somehow comes across in the message.
You should always spend alot of time thinking over what you have just written, to make sure it can be read well by others, or by the person you are sending the message to.

I always judge the quality of my messages on the amount of backspaces I hit. If it's alot then it's been well thought out - if not then it's either alot of code (which need's to be double-checked) or it's too perfect, and in need of a read-through.

A good thought. I've never thought of it that way
